Prices quoted are per week and include the cost of utilities (except during long lets).
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and final payment is due on or before 8 weeks from the begining of the holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £100 per booking is required.
Freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided together with a welcome pack.
Please ensure that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance prior to your arrival.

The 30% deposit is non refundable, however we will make every effort to re let your cancelled booking and should we do so, we will then be happy to return your deposit.
