La Peche sleeps up to 5
At ground level it has an 8m x 4m (26'x13') open plan living space with limestone walls and beamed ceilings, containing a 2 comfortable sofa's and a dining area with feature lighting. There is also a log burning stove ( for those spring and autumn evenings ) and a Bang and Olufson TV with Freesat channels, DVD player and iPod docking. The gite also has free Wi-Fi access to the internet.
Outside the property, within the enclosed area to the front of the two gites, Peche has it's own picnic table and Webber gas BBQ for those long summer evenings.
A well equipped kitchen, with under counter oven and hob, 2 under counter fridges, dishwasher and washing machine.
The main bedroom is located on the first floor of the property and has an en suite wc and wash hand basin. It consists of a comfortable double bed and a further single bed if required.
A fully tiled wet room style bathroom with shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail.
There is also a comfortable twin bedroom located to the rear of the property with direct access to a fully tiled, wet room style bathroom.
Winter Let
La Peche has central heating, in addition to a wood-burning stove to make your winter stay particularly comfortable.
Pool
The gites share a single 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool set in a spacious lawn, to the front of the accommodation.
Play Area
There is plenty of space for ball games on the lawn and there are children’s swings.
